Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Details you send us. When you request a call or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and whether you want the newsletter.
• Verification codes. To confirm your email address, we send you a six-digit code. The pending code and your details are held briefly on our server, and expire after 10 minutes.
• Messages you write to us. If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you include in your message.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, how long people stay, roughly where and on what devices visitors arrive, which buttons and links they click, and when they submit a form or send a chat message. Until you choose, it runs in a cookie-free mode that records anonymous, aggregate measurements only. If you accept cookies, it also sets its own analytics cookies. Analytics never receives your name, email address, phone number or message text.
• Browser storage.We save your cookie choice and your voice settings for the homepage assistant in your browser's local storage. These stay on your device.

How we use your information

• To respond to your call request or email, and to arrange a conversation.
• To confirm that an email address belongs to the person who submitted it.
• To send the newsletter, only to people who asked for it.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and to improve them.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site:

• Resend, which delivers verification codes and the emails we send to the team about call requests.
• Google, for Google Analytics. It receives anonymous, aggregate measurements by default, and sets analytics cookies only if you accept them.
• Microsoft Edge text-to-speech, which generates the audio for the homepage assistant's pre-written lines. No personal information is sent to this service, although the request reveals your IP address as with any web request.
• Our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.

Some of these providers process data outside your country. We rely on their standard contractual protections where they apply.

Cookies and similar technologies

Until you make a choice, Google Analytics sets no cookies and runs in a cookie-free mode that records anonymous, aggregate measurements. Accepting allows Google Analytics to set its own analytics cookies. Declining keeps them off. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer.

The chat demo

The chat widget on the site is a demonstration. Messages you type into it are not sent to any server and are not stored.

How long we keep information

We keep call-request and newsletter details for as long as they are needed to respond to you or to send the newsletter you asked for. You can ask us to delete them sooner, as described below. Verification codes are deleted after they expire or are used.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you the newsletter. You can also change your analytics choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including limiting who can access it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
